Job summary

Sugar Bowl Resort is seeking Rental Technicians to help guests get fitted with ski and snowboard gear, ensuring safety and a great on-mountain experience. Training is provided and a passion for snow sports is a plus.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, greeting guests, assisting with equipment selection, and handling POS transactions with accuracy and friendly service.

Qualifications

• Friendly, approachable and enjoy working with people of all ages and abilities.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with selecting and fitting ski/snowboard equipment.
• Ensure guests are safely outfitted before hitting the mountain.
• Process rental products, upgrades, add-ons, and transactions via POS and rental systems.
• Verify guest information, rental dates, equipment selections, waivers and payments.
• Check rental equipment in and out efficiently with a positive attitude.
• Explain rental options, features, pricing, and policies to guests.
