Job summary
Palisades Tahoe seeks a friendly Mountain Host to welcome guests in the Village and on the mountain, sharing terrain knowledge and promoting safety. You will be responsible for guiding guests to appropriate terrain, while remaining vigilant for safety and guest needs in a high-energy resort environment.

Qualifications
- Past guest-facing experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Strong communication and guest-service mindset.
- Able to promote safe, responsible riding and explain resort policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver warm welcomes to guests in the Village and on the mountain.
- Know Palisades Tahoe terrain to guide guests to suitable areas.
- Ski or ride designated routes and engage guests to promote adventure and safety.
- Maintain presence in designated slow zones to assist guests and enforce safety rules.
- Assist guests with ADA access needs and support mobility aids as needed.
- Coordinate with other teams to support guest experience and operations.
