Job summary

Palisades Tahoe invites you to join our Mountain Host team, the friendly face welcoming guests in the Village and on the mountain. You’ll share terrain knowledge, promote safety, and help guests have memorable experiences while keeping safety at the forefront.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 6–12 months in a guest-facing role; you must be 18+. We offer perks such as free skiing, discounts on gear, healthcare options for seasonal and year-round staff, and access to lift

• 6–12 months of experience in a guest-facing position
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, enthusiastic welcomes to every guest in the Village and on the mountain.
• Maintain knowledge of Palisades Tahoe and the Tahoe area to guide guests safely to terrain.
• Promote safe and responsible riding and assist guests with ADA access needs.
• Support resort operations by collaborating with Food & Beverage, Ski Patrol, Tickets & Pass, and Marketing.
