Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a hands-on Creative Services & Brand Specialist to build the Crystal brand across the mountain environment. This design-first role blends concept development with production, collaborating with Marketing to deliver cohesive digital campaigns, signage, events, restaurants, and retail.

You will own projects from brief through production, uphold brand standards, and develop templates and a content library.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with digital advertising and large-format graphics
• Portfolio demonstrating brand across digital and physical formats
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field

Responsibilities

• Refresh and enforce brand guidelines
• Ideation and creation of brand campaigns and individual deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
• Design graphics for digital ads, resort signage, posters, and other materials
• Write bid specifications and coordinate production with vendors
• Maintain an organized asset library and templates
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines
