Job summary

Crystal Mountain Resort is seeking a Creative Services and Brand Specialist to translate marketing priorities into cohesive creative across digital campaigns, signage, events, and retail.

You will design with a hands-on, production-ready mindset, partnering with Marketing to bring concepts to life across the mountain and guest touchpoints.

Join a collaborative team in Enumclaw, WA, with hybrid work up to 3 days remote and a salary range of $26–34 per hour.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in graphic design/creative services/advertising or related
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud apps (PS/AI/ID)
• Experience creating digital advertising and campaign assets
• Experience with print production and large-format graphics
• Strong typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Ability to manage projects from brief to production
• Collaborative, organized, detail-oriented, able to handle deadlines
• Portfolio showing brand-forward design across digital and print

Responsibilities

• Create and refine campaign creative for seasonal campaigns, passes, events, and dining
• Design signage, wayfinding, digital-screen content and branded materials
• Manage projects from concept through production and vendor coordination
• Maintain brand standards and reusable templates across formats
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time delivery
