Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain seeks a Digital Media Producer to bring our brand to life through compelling photo and video content, managing production and distribution to support campaigns, PR and partnerships. This role oversees year-round content for guest-facing channels, including on-mountain signage and in-room TV, balancing planned shoots with weather-driven opportunities in a fast-paced mountain setting.

Qualifications

• Professional photo and video content production and editing demonstrated via portfolio or reel.
• Proficiency with video/photo editing tools, preferably Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, audio, pacing and visual storytelling.
• Understanding of digital marketing, brand consistency, audience needs, and channel-specific content requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in file management, scheduling, and project follow-through.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce, edit and distribute photo and video content across digital, social, advertising, PR and guest-facing channels.
• Capture and create content showcasing seasonal conditions, events, amenities, guest experiences and mountain activities.
• Develop short-form and platform-specific content for multiple channels and formats.
• Plan, coordinate and execute photo and video shoots, including talent and logistics management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support resort initiatives and business objectives.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and editorial content.
• Manage year-round content programming for digital signage, Snowshoe TV and other guest-facing media.
• Support PR and partnerships with high-quality visual assets and organized media libraries.
• Operate and maintain production equipment, digital assets, archives and workflows.
