Crystal Mountain is seeking a hands-on Graphic Designer to translate marketing priorities into compelling, on-brand visuals across digital campaigns, signage, events, retail, and the mountain environment. You will lead design from brief through production, collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive concepts and production-ready assets.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of professional graphic design, creative services, advertising, or related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with print production, large-format graphics, or signage, including preparing production-ready files.
• A strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, legibility, and brand consistency.
• The ability to take a creative brief from concept through final execution.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Design graphics for digital ads, resort signage, posters, presentation slides, banners, newsletters, brochures, flyers, email templates, text content creation, social media and other materials as requested.
• Occasionally perform headline copywriting, location photography, create illustrations and design and construct visual displays and exhibits.
• Writes bid specifications for jobs assigned to external vendors; coordinates production of materials with external vendors by monitoring jobs in progress, resolving technical problems, proofing material and ensuring deadlines are met.
