Job summary

Crystal Mountain in Enumclaw, WA is seeking a hands-on Creative Services & Brand Specialist. You will translate marketing priorities into compelling, on-brand visuals across campaigns, signage, events, and retail. This design-focused role partners with the Marketing team to bring concepts from brief to production.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and print production, plus a strong portfolio, are essential. Hybrid schedule up to 3 days remote, with full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand across digital and print.
• Experience with outdoor, hospitality, or travel brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refresh and enforce brand guidelines across channels.
• Ideate and deliver innovative brand campaigns and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Design graphics for digital ads, signage, posters, and materials.
• Occasionally contribute photography, illustration, or copy as needed.
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors.
