Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. is seeking a moulding technician to perform a variety of tasks during the blade moulding process in North Dakota. You will follow work instructions to apply gel coat, lay glass and foam, smooth wrinkles, and trim glass, assembling units as required.

The role requires standing for long periods, heavy lifting, and operation of hand and power tools, with required respirator use. The position runs Monday to Friday, 6am–2:30pm, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift or carry objects or materials up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull heavy objects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Ability to work with hands for an extended period.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
• Requires usage of respirator.

Responsibilities

• Perform moulding tasks following work instructions
• Apply gel coat, lay glass and foam, smooth wrinkles and trim glass
• Assemble root plate with bushings
• Lay profiles and place bag over shell
• Complete the infusion process – vacuum check, begin infusion, trouble shoot and take temperatures for remainder of process
• Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines
• Maintain 5s standards
