Responsibilities include gel coat application, glass and foam layup, root plate assembly, bagging shell, and managing the infusion process with heat checks and temperature monitoring. Requires respirator use and basic tool handling.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift or carry objects up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull heavy objects.
• Ability to stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Ability to work with hands for an extended period.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery.
• Requires usage of respirator.

Responsibilities

• Perform moulding tasks following work instructions.
• Apply gel coat, lay glass and foam, smooth wrinkles and trim glass.
• Assemble root plate with bushings.
• Lay profiles and place bag over shell.
• Complete the infusion process - vacuum check, begin infusion, troubleshoot and take temperatures for remainder of process.
• Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain 5s standards.
