You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across clinics, shelters, and day centers to support health and recovery. The position offers a full-time schedule (M-F) with competitive benefits, and opportunities
Qualifikationen
- Must hold an RN license registered with the WA Department of Health.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher is required.
- Experience with long-acting injectable buprenorphine in outpatient settings is preferred or training will be provided.
- Pass background check through Washington State Patrol.
- Full-time, M-F schedule; flexibility may be required.
Aufgaben
- Perform health assessments, screenings, and care coordination for clients with substance use disorders.
- Support providers by reviewing charts, lab results, and coordinating medications.
- Deliver medication management, including injections, following agency protocols.
- Provide health education to clients and staff and facilitate trainings.
- Coordinate care with primary care, specialists, and shelter staff; maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
