Job summary

Cycles Worldwide, LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Motorsports Service Writer / Parts Associate to join our busy service and parts team. You will greet customers, scope modification and repair needs, build accurate estimates, and source OEM and aftermarket parts for multiple brands.

This full-time role requires organization, hands-on knowledge of Lightspeed EVO, and strong customer-facing skills to keep builds moving and customers informed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Writer or Parts Advisor in motorsports or automotive
• Proficiency with Lightspeed EVO POS and shop management software
• Knowledge of major OEM lines and e-bike brands
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and enthusiast-to-enthusiast communication

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and in-person inquiries with a positive demeanor
• Draft accurate repair orders and service estimates for major OEM lines and e-bikes
• Lookup and source OEM and aftermarket parts using Lightspeed EVO
• Assist retail customers at the parts desk and process sales
• Support technicians by sourcing and allocating parts for repairs
• Track progress of builds and provide timely status updates to customers
• Upsell parts, accessories, and maintenance services when appropriate
