Del Amo Motorsports of Redondo Beach is seeking a Service Advisor with a motorsports background to join our team. You will greet customers, document concerns, perform VIN recall checks, and upsell service with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include writing RO notes, following up on open RO's, coordinating with the service team, and maintaining a clean, professional front desk. We offer a busy but friendly environment and a competitive base plus commission.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• Strong motorsports background.
• Creative problem solving with strategic thinking.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and employees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Greet every customer that walks in and provide a high level of service.
• Accurately write up customer concerns and create RO documents.
• Perform VIN recalls/warranty checks and upsell appropriate services.
• Follow up on open RO's and communicate progress to customers.
• Coordinate with service team and maintain tidy front desk area.
