Job summary

Raceon Gmbh is seeking an engineering professional to support activities in motorsports. The position focuses on optimizing vehicle performance and involves travel to race tracks. Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years in high-level motorsports and strong knowledge in vehicle dynamics and tyre modelling.

The role is flexible, offering remote, hybrid, or in-office work, allowing you to turn your passion for racing into a job while working with renowned racing teams.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in high-level motorsports.
• Experience with tyre testing on track and/or test benches.
• Time flexibility and willingness to travel on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support all race, test, simulator, and rig activities.
• Optimize performance on track with engineers and drivers.
• Provide pre & post event simulation and analysis.
