Job summary

TECO-Westinghouse Associates Engineer II – Stock Motors provides technical expertise on AC electric motors, supporting Stockers, sales teams, and engineering in application and integration. This role collaborates with production factories and engineering to resolve technical issues and drive product improvements.

It requires a Bachelor's degree and a track record in motor manufacturing and project management, with SAP and Office proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.
Minimum of 10 years in motor manufacturing, service, or repair.
Minimum of 5 years in complex project management.
Experience with medium- and high-voltage rotating machines preferred.
3–5 years applying relevant industry standards.

Responsibilities

Coordinate factory and engineering communications on product information and requests.
Provide daily technical and post-sales support for motor orders.
Perform root cause analyses on motor failures and define corrective actions.
Assist Stockers and sales teams to select motors and support integration.
Prepare drawings, repair instructions, and reports for motor shop orders.
Develop and deliver training on electric motor applications.
Identify opportunities for product improvement and new development.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and safety policies.
Uphold TECO-Westinghouse Standards of Excellence in daily work.
Regular attendance and time management.
