Job summary

TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company seeks an experienced Product Manager – Electric Motors to own the full lifecycle of the motor portfolio, from strategy through execution. You will drive market development, identify opportunities, set roadmaps, and prioritize investments with input from Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

The role requires strong technical insight, market sense, strategic thinking, and leadership to deliver competitive, profitable motor solutions for global customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics engineering.
• MBA preferred; equivalent experience considered for senior roles.
• 7+ years in product management, marketing or technical leadership in motors.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow market share in existing motor segments and new applications.
• Define and manage the electric motor product roadmap and profitability targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive positioning.
• Create compelling value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Provide technical leadership and support to Sales, Engineering and Applications.
• Lead cross-functional teams and allocate resources for launches.
