Job summary

Ed Morse Automotive Group seeks a Service Technician to join the Beaumont Harley-Davidson team. The role focuses on delivering high-quality motorcycle service and technical support to customers and service advisors.

The candidate should hold a Harley-Davidson endorsed license and demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and workmanship. Ideal applicants have 3+ years of motorcycle technician experience, HD-specific certification, and excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid license with motorcycle endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of motorcycle technician experience
• MMI Certification for Harley-Davidson
• Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Working knowledge of shop equipment and electrical circuits.
• Ability to push, strap to lift, diagnose, work on, and test ride all HD motorcycles
• Must successfully complete a pre-employment background & drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, vehicle service to (internal & external) customers.
• Provide related technical assistance and explanation of mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers.
• Designs, modifies, and fabricates related electrical systems and repairs/replaces malfunctioning electrical components.
• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions.
