Qualifications

• Must own or acquire a complete set of tools within 60 days of hire.
• Valid motorcycle license required for test rides; clean driving record; ability to pass background check, drug test, and MVR.
• Authorized to work in the USA.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly compensation $35.50–$50.00+ (varies with experience, certifications, units produced)
• Up to $10,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified technicians
• Longevity bonus paid annually based on units produced and tenure (eligibility after 6 months)
