Job summary

Cigar City Motors INC in Lutz, FL, is seeking a Motorcycle Assistant Sales Manager to support the Sales Manager in daily motorcycle sales operations. You will coach staff, drive sales performance, and ensure a top-tier guest experience while maintaining dealership profitability.

Responsibilities include leading by example in sales, managing goals and metrics, and coordinating with Finance, Parts, and Service to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of motorcycle, powersports, automotive, or retail sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of the motorcycle sales department.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales staff.
• Coach staff to improve sales effectiveness and guest satisfaction.
• Help establish and monitor sales goals and performance metrics.
• Lead by example in motorcycle sales and guest interactions.
• Ensure guests have a professional buying experience.
• Assist in closing transactions and overcoming sales obstacles.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, programs, promotions, and financing options.
• Monitor CRM activities for follow-ups and inquiries.
• Coordinate with Finance, Parts, and Service for a seamless guest experience.
• Plan dealership events, rides, and community outreach.
