Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in selecting motorcycles that meet their needs and riding goals.
• Conduct motorcycle presentations, walkarounds, and test ride experiences.
• Explain motorcycle features, benefits, accessories, warranties, and financing options.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Follow up with leads, showroom visitors, phone inquiries, and internet prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions in CRM systems.
• Stay current on Harley‑Davidson product knowledge, promotions, and available inventory.
• Work closely with Finance & Insurance, Parts, Service, and MotorClothes departments to enhance the guest experience.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and guest satisfaction goals.
• Assist with dealership events, bike nights, demo rides, and community outreach activities.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership policies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Harley‑Davidson brand positively at all times.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and manufacturer‑required certifications.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
