Qualifications

• Sell vehicles while meeting dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Realize that business is built on customer satisfaction and devote yourself to guaranteeing customer happiness.
• Demonstrate vehicles (including test drives) and deliver vehicles, ensuring customer understanding of features, warranty, and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
• Demonstrate vehicles (includes test drives) and deliver vehicles with clear warranty and paperwork explanations.
• Establish personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity and devise a plan to meet them.
• Maintain a prospect development and owner follow-up system to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Review daily/weekly/monthly actions to optimize time and planning.
