Qualifications

• Proven success in sales—automotive or motorcycle sales preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand.
• Self-motivated and organized, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly sales goals by engaging customers and providing tailored motorcycle solutions.
• Expert Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on Harley-Davidson models, accessories, and services to educate customers.
• Customer Experience: Create a welcoming atmosphere while building long‑term relationships with riders.
• Test Rides & Demonstrations: Guide customers through motorcycle features and offer hands-on test rides.
• Financing & Trade-Ins: Assist with financing options and trade-in evaluations.
• Follow-Up & CRM: Maintain contact with leads and past customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Record Keeping: Accurately track customer interactions and sales details per dealership procedures.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across departments to achieve dealership-wide goals.
