Job summary

KTM North America Inc. is seeking a Dealer Service Representative in Murrieta, CA. The role focuses on delivering exceptional dealer support, coordinating with service staff, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across phone, email, and on-site interactions.

You will collaborate with technicians, parts staff, and sales to resolve warranty questions, process RMAs, and maintain service records. The position requires strong communication, technical aptitude, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides the highest level of technical dealer support via phone, ticket system, and email.
• Provides parts support to dealers regarding warranty, RMAs and product fitment; determines action plan.
• Enters all calls and related information into the Call Center system.
• Travels to dealerships for troubleshooting and customer service activities; coordinates visits with Field Support Representatives.
• Creates and maintains service records and documentation.
• Follows up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
• Attends new product training and/or customer service meetings.
• Coordinates with service department to ensure timely completion of services.
• Evaluates warranty claims for product concerns and makes sound decisions on warranty requests.
