Job summary

Thor Motor Coach, Inc. is seeking a Dealer Support Representative to join our Customer Service Team in Wakarusa, IN. This role handles warranty and technical repairs as the first point of contact for dealers and assists with pre-authorizations, documentation, and inter-department coordination.

• Knowledge of warranty and repair policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Respond to phone calls, emails, letters, and other forms of communications from dealers with regards to warranty and/or technical repairs
• Review and process appropriate repairs/repair times for warranty Pre-Authorizations
• Document all correspondence with dealers regarding warranty and/or technical issues
• Provide technical support with our dealers on both TMC product and our vendors products
• When necessary, coordinate and follow up with other Customer Service departments on repair status
• Answer questions and provide technical support to other Customer Service departments

Thor Motor Coach is hiring a Dealer Support Representative to join our Customer Service Team in Wakarusa. This position is the first interaction with our company when trying to obtain assistance with service issues.
