Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in the motorcycle industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Typically two (2) years of experience in Customer Service or Call Center.
• Prior mechanical/technical experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer and dealer calls and log information to facilitate resolution.
• Gather information with customers to help the journey to a resolution.
• Coordinate with technical service, warranty, sales and others for information.
• Document and log all customer service and satisfaction issues.
• Support product training to assist dealers and riders as needed.
