Job summary

KTM North America Inc. is seeking an Off-Road Suspension Technician in Murrieta, CA to support racing activities under WP Suspension Offroad. You will disassemble and assemble suspension, refine settings, and work closely with riders and teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of motorcycle performance experience with a focus on suspension.
• Proficiency in suspension components and theory; strong math aptitude.
• Ability to communicate test and race results effectively.
• Valid driver's license; able to pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Disassembles and assembles suspension assemblies accurately.
• Develops and refines suspension settings for race teams.
• Uses dyno for bench tests on shocks and forks.
• Maintains clean workshop and testing vehicle.
• Provides customer service & phone support as needed.
• May perform warehouse, shipping & receiving duties.
• Coordinates with team riders and other departments.
