Job summary

State of Missouri, Department of Revenue – Motor Vehicle Bureau, seeks a Staff Development Trainer to serve as the subject matter expert for motor vehicle transactions in the new system. You will support the Help Desk, assist dealerships and license offices, and help create and deliver training materials to ensure accurate, consistent system usage across the state.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of related experience, with potential for pay differentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and one or more years of relevant work experience.
• Substitutions may be allowed.
• Experience supporting a training program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for processing motor vehicle transactions in the new integrated system.
• Provide advanced Help Desk support and resolve inquiries from dealerships and license offices.
• Create, update, and deliver training materials and guides.
• Coordinate with training teams to ensure consistent system use statewide.
• Respond to system concerns and communicate with users and project teams.
• May require in-state regional training duties.
