Job summary

Department of Revenue - Motor Vehicle Division in South Dakota is seeking a detail-oriented Title Processor to review title applications and related documents, issuing Certificates of Title for passenger vehicles, trucks, trailers, boats, and motorcycles. The role includes extensive training on state laws and internal processes.

You will work within a team to improve processing efficiency, maintain accurate vehicle records, and support customers with professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience working in collaborative team environments and demonstrating effective time management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication abilities including spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
• Basic knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to interpret information, laws, and policies and communicate effectively.
