The candidate will oversee daily operations, coordinate resources, and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards while maintaining a focus on crew development and on-site safety.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience leading a crew on civil construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks and adjust plans based on weather, supply, and personnel.
• Lead safety briefings and enforce safe work practices across the crew.
• Explain construction means and methods to crew members as needed.
• Delegate responsibilities to crew and subcontractors.
• Ensure resources and staffing meet project schedules and regulations.
• Report project status to supervisors and maintain housekeeping on site.
