EHC Construction is seeking a skilled Finish Motor Grader Operator/Foreman to join our employee-owned team in Southwest Florida. You will operate the motor grader and oversee equipment and tasks to meet project specs safely.

You must have 3–5 years of experience in highway, roads, and residential development projects, read blueprints, and use automatic grade control. We offer competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as a Motor Grader Operator on highway/road projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans/blueprints.
• Experience with grading techniques and grade control systems.
• Strong decision-making and safety awareness on site.

Responsibilities

• Operate motor grader to grade surfaces to spec and quality requirements.
• Perform pre-start checks and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Produce timely work tasks and maintain production levels.
• Ensure work meets project specs and quality standards.
• Enforce safety procedures and coordinate with crew on-site.
• Address issues and perform additional duties as assigned.
