Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily tasks based on priorities and adjust for weather, supply, and personnel.
• Lead daily safety meetings with the crew at the start of each activity.
• Explain construction means/methods to crew as needed.
• Delegate responsibilities to crew members and contractors.
• Provide resources and staffing to meet schedules and safety needs.
• Emphasize safe tool and equipment use and train on safety protocols.
• Resolve conflicts quickly and amicably.
• Regularly report project status to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and promote good housekeeping.
