RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Motor Fuel Tax Operations Manager to ensure accurate and timely maintenance of motor fuel tax rules and transaction setup within Right Angle.

You will lead a small team and coordinate with Accounting, ERP, and billing/collection to implement compliant tax positions and drive process improvements. The role requires strong communication and project management skills, with experience in tax compliance, system configuration, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field is required.
• 6–8 years of motor fuels tax, excise tax, or indirect tax experience preferred.
• Experience translating tax rules into system or transaction‑set‑up requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop analysts; set expectations and accountability.
• Oversee motor fuels tax compliance across entities and jurisdictions.
• Review returns, reconciliations, notices, and related documents; escalate gaps.
• Manage audits, notices, and information requests; coordinate deadlines.
• Collaborate with Tax Operations, Accounting, ERP, and external advisors.
