Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a design related role.
• Familiarity with brushless and brushed PMDC and AC motors; EM analysis; motor design.
• Able to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, test, and troubleshoot motors for mid to high‑level projects.
• Create test plans for motor components and assemblies.
• Use lab equipment like oscilloscopes, power supplies, and data acquisition systems.
• Conduct experiments, simulations, and analyze data to draw conclusions.
• Provide communications up and down the organization on progress and risks.
