Job summary

Benshaw is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training programs for MV and LV motor control and drive products, enabling customers, distributors, and internal teams to operate and service systems across medium- and low-voltage applications.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, and Service teams to support customer success, product adoption, and technical problem resolution, with occasional on-site support and 15–30% travel across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Technical Training, Applications Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of MV/LV motor control systems and associated networks.
• Experience with EtherNet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, and Profibus.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver technical training for MV/LV products.
• Conduct instructor-led and virtual training for customers and internal teams.
• Provide guidance on operation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Create manuals, guides, videos, and other training materials.
• Support product launches and customer education initiatives.
• Travel to customer sites and events as needed (15–30%).
