Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; insurance qualification is advantageous.
• Previous experience in claims handling, preferably motor insurance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage motor claims accurately and efficiently, following policy terms.
• Investigate to determine liability and coverage for claims.
• Communicate professionally with policyholders, claimants, and stakeholders.
• Negotiate settlements and authorize payments within delegated limits.
• Maintain detailed claim files in the management system.
