3Search is seeking a Midweight Designer to join its fast-growing consumer brand. This hands-on role spans campaigns, digital marketing, ecommerce, social and broader brand communications, with motion and animation playing a significant part.

You will own concepts from idea to execution across channels, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, helping shape how the brand shows up as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial design experience with a strong digital-first portfolio.
• Motion and animation capability for social, performance marketing and campaigns.
• Strong creative judgement and contemporary visual taste for brand campaigns.
• Ability to collaborate, take ownership, manage projects independently.
• Commercially curious and digitally minded, with interest in emerging tech and AI.
