Responsibilities

• Полный цикл создания видеоматериалов: концепт — производство — финальная отдача.
• Редактирование и локализация материалов под разные форматы и языки.
• Сотрудничество с редакторами, продюсерами и дизайнерами для соблюдения сроков и брэндирования.

As a Senior Motion Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning animations, videos, and motion graphics that will elevate our brand and enhance our marketing efforts.

Задачи:

• Responsible for the entire video asset production process, from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality output
• Create, resize, and localize advertisements in various dimensions and languages to meet the diverse needs of our target audiences
• Work alongside internal and external editors, producers, and designers to seamlessly execute and deliver projects on time and within scope
• Ensure all created assets comply with company guidelines and design standards to maintain a consistent brand identity
• Integrate AI-generated content into creative workflows, combining AI tools with traditional production techniques to deliver high-quality visual content
• Explore and implement AI tools, MCP integrations, and automation solutions to optimize workflows, accelerate production, and reduce repetitive tasks
• Develop custom scripts and automated solutions using AI coding assistants such as Claude and Codex to streamline animation processes and address specific production needs

Требования:

• Proven experience in motion design and video production, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and creativity
• Proficiency in motion design software and graphic design tools (After Effects, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe Audition, Cinema 4D)
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with the ability to transform ideas into visually appealing content
• Strong sense of composition, visual rhythm, timing, and pacing
• Advanced video editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and well-paced content
• Keen attention to detail to ensure the highest quality output and compliance with brand standards
• Strong understanding of AI-powered content creation workflows, with the ability to produce high-quality AI-generated content and seamlessly combine it with traditional production techniques
• Experience automating creative workflows using MCP integrations for tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Blender, and Cinema 4D
• Experience developing custom scripts and tools using AI coding assistants such as Claude and Codex to automate animation tasks and optimize production workflows
• Proactive approach to researching, testing, and implementing new AI tools and technologies to improve creative efficiency and production speed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
