Job summary

United Tech is seeking a Marketing Motion Designer to craft engaging video and static creatives for performance campaigns. You will move fast, experiment boldly, and directly influence campaign results across social platforms.

You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to push creative boundaries, leverage AI tools, and grow your design and marketing craft in a fast-paced IT product company that values ownership and results.

Responsibilities

About your role: We are looking for a Marketing Motion Designer. Your creativity will have a direct impact on millions of users worldwide. In this role, you won't get stuck in endless approval chains, instead, you will move fast, experiment boldly, and see your ideas directly shaping campaign results. In this role, you will

• Develop digital creatives for advertising (video and static) across Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more
• Research and analyze competitor creatives, trends, and best practices
• Scale creative production with AI without compromising on quality
• Continuously improve processes and expand the team’s creative toolkit
• Grow in design and marketing creativity through hands‑on practice
• Proactively suggest new formats, ideas, and visual solutions

It’s all about you

• 1–2 years in digital design (preferably within a performance/marketing team)
• Confident proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, CapCut, Photoshop/Illustrator (preferred), and AI tools
• Strong knowledge of composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to analyze market and competitors, adapting creatives to trends
• Experience working with social media creatives; knowledge of Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads guidelines
• Have hands‑on experience with AI Skills & Tools: Higgsfield, Magnific, ElevenLabs, Claude, and other generative technologies
• English: B1 level or higher — for briefs, terminology, and communication
• Flexibility, result orientation, and aspiration for excellence

Would be a plus

• Experience creating top-performing ad creatives that scaled campaigns
• Ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to new formats
• Experience with UGC/influencer formats or generative content (AI, templates, etc.)
