Job summary

RedCore ищет опытного моушн-дизайнера для создания графики для продуктов: от коротких роликов в соцсетях до сложных 2D/3D проектов с использованием искусственного интеллекта.

Ваша задача — превращать статичные макеты в динамичное видео, поддерживать бренд и систему движущихся элементов, работать независимо и соблюдать сроки, сотрудничая со стейкхолдерами и командами.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет в моушн-дизайне
• Портфолио 2D/3D моушн-дизайна и AI-видео проектов
• Экспертный уровень After Effects
• Опыт работы с инструментами генерации AI изображений и видео
• Понимание принципов анимации, тайминга, композиции и типографики
• Опыт анимации статических макетов и UI с сохранением бренда
• Базовые навыки звукового дизайна (SFX)
• Способность работать независимо и предлагать решения
• 3D-навыки в C4D или Blender (моделирование, материалы, освещение, рендер)
• Владение украинским или русским языками
• Преимущество: опыт в iGaming или финтех продуктах

Responsibilities

• Создавать моушн-графику для продуктов RedCore — от коротких роликов до сложных проектов с AI
• Преобразовывать статические макеты в движущееся видео, предлагая решения на стадии компоновки
• Работать независимо, принимать решения по стилю и логике в рамках бренд-руководства
• Сотрудничать с заинтересованными сторонами для достижения высокого уровня утверждения
• Поддерживать и развивать систему моушн-дизайна и шаблоны анимации
• Проводить анализ своей работы раз в квартал и строго соблюдать сроки

RedCore is a fast-growing business group with teams across Development, Architecture, Management, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

Задачи

• Create motion graphics for RedCore products, from short social media videos to complex 2D, AI, and 3D video projects
• Transform static layouts into motion video while preserving product identity, and propose motion solutions at the layout stage
• Complete tasks independently and make decisions on style and logic within brand guidelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high approval rates
• Maintain and update the motion design system and animation templates to ensure consistency across assets
• Analyze own work quarterly and manage deadlines strictly

Требования

• 5+ Years in motion design
• Portfolio featuring 2D or 3D motion design and AI video projects
• Expert-level After Effects skills
• Production experience with AI image and video generation tools
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and typography
• Experience animating static layouts and UI while preserving brand identity
• Basic sound design skills, including SFX selection and synchronization
• Ability to work independently and propose solutions
• 3D skills in C4D or Blender, including modeling, materials, lighting, animation, and rendering with Redshift, Octane, or Cycles
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian
