Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Mother-Baby RN (Full-time 0.90 FTE, 12-hour nights) to deliver compassionate postpartum and newborn care. You will monitor mothers and babies, educate families, support breastfeeding, and respond to emergencies with a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with State of NM or Compact State license.
• BLS certification required at time of hire.
• Experience in postpartum/newborn care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive postpartum and newborn care including vitals and assessments.
• Educate new parents on infant care, breastfeeding and postpartum self-care.
• Monitor for postpartum complications and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies as necessary.
• Promote safe sleep and car seat safety and support family bonding.
