Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Compiles nursing assessment data and formulates nursing diagnoses.
• Initiates and updates a written nursing plan of care.
• Administers medications and IV therapy as prescribed.
• Communicates patient status and plan of care to physicians and team.
• Delegates tasks to ancillary personnel and coordinates care.
• Manages daily patient assignment and prioritizes care needs.
