Job summary

Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Clinical Technician for the Mother Baby North Naples unit. You will provide direct patient care under a nurse's supervision and support unit operations in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, assisting with patient care activities, and responding to patient needs while maintaining safety and quality. A current BLS and Florida CNA license or enrollment in an RN program is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification from Red Cross or AHA.
• Must meet one: CNA FL licensure; RN student; RN graduate awaiting NCLEX; EMT/Paramedic FL licensure; basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under nurse supervision.
• Assist with unit operations and safety procedures.
• Record observations and document in the EMR.
• Support in age-appropriate maternity and newborn care.
• Transport patients and assist with routines as needed.
