Naples Comprehensive Health - NCH is seeking a Clinical Technician to provide direct patient care under RN supervision on our Naples, FL unit. The role requires careful charting, teamwork, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified applicants may be CNAs with Florida licensure or RN students actively enrolled, with BLS certification and basic computer skills. 12-hour day shifts and full-time employment are offered at our community hospital.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
• BLS certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
• CNA with Florida licensure, RN student active in program, or RN graduate awaiting NCLEX.
• EMT or Paramedic with Florida licensure and work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge: ability to operate a PC.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the ability to perform, assist, reinforce, and deliver patient care.
• Manages multiple patient care assignments based on unit acuity and staffing levels.
• Enters timely and accurate documentation into the electronic medical record.
• Transports patients to other areas of the hospital as needed.
• Assists in repositioning of immobile patients and applies basic patient care procedures.
