Qualifications

• Experience with complex databases, SIS, data reporting, or similar information systems.
• Advanced computer skills and ability to learn complex information systems.
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, data analysis, reporting tools, and database applications.
• Ability to analyze large data sets for errors, inconsistencies, and trends.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and reporting deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with student and employee data.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Core Data/MOSIS reporting for the district.
• Validate data submissions and communicate findings to departments.
• Maintain an annual calendar of state reporting deadlines.
• Monitor DESE reporting changes and update district staff accordingly.
• Prepare and present data-quality reports and training materials.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and school staff to resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure accurate data for state and federal reporting and accountability.
