Responsibilities

• Fund warehouse lending transactions and support clients aiming to close loans.
• Manage the movement of collateral, ensuring documents are received, processed, tracked, and delivered on time.
• Partner with mortgage lenders, investors, document custodians, and internal partners to resolve issues and keep transactions moving.
• Deliver a high-touch customer experience by responding to funding requests and building strong client relationships.
• Identify potential issues, determine solutions, and elevate concerns to minimize delays and risk.
• Improve processes and support initiatives that enhance efficiency and growth of Warehouse Lending.
