Job summary

ATLAS SP Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Mortgage Finance Operations Associate to support the Lending and Transformation Warehouse Operations by maintaining facility, loan, asset, and transaction data and assisting with funding, servicing, and reporting activities.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and process improvements across the CRE warehouse platform, with on-site work at Charlotte and Raleigh offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline; relevant equivalent experience may be considered.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial services operations, commercial real estate, warehouse lending, loan servicing, asset management, or related field.
• Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills; VBA, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports the day-to-day management of facility, loan, asset, and transaction data.
• Reviews and reconciles funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, fee, and supporting documentation.
• Tracks exceptions and provide accurate status reporting.
• Establishes controls, contributes to process improvements, and provides coverage across the CRE warehouse team.
• Establishes & maintains effective client relationships. Deliver world class operational services
• Gains exposure across multiple asset classes within the Residential/CRE Warehouse landscape.
• Proactively participates in developing and maintaining a strong culture of collaboration and teamwork across the department.
