Job summary

ATLAS SP Partners in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Mortgage Finance Operations Analyst to support the Lending and Transformation Warehouse Operations by maintaining accurate facility, loan, asset, and transaction data.

The role involves reconciling funding, payoff/paydown, servicing and fees, tracking exceptions, and contributing to process improvements while building strong client relationships across CRE warehouse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial services operations, CRE, warehouse lending, loan servicing, or related field.
• Strong Excel and data-reconciliation skills; VBA/SQL/Tableau/Power BI a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, with clear communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day management of facility, loan, asset, and transaction data.
• Reviews and reconciles funding, payoff/paydown, servicing, fee, and supporting documentation.
• Tracks exceptions and provides accurate status reporting.
• Establishes controls, contributes to process improvements, and provides coverage across CRE warehouse team.
• Establishes and maintains effective client relationships and delivers world-class operational services.
• Gains exposure across multiple asset classes within Residential/CRE Warehouse landscape.
• Participates in developing a strong culture of collaboration across the department.
