Job summary

Truist in Orlando, FL is seeking a Senior TRID Compliance Leader to oversee a dedicated QA team ensuring adherence to TRID, investor and banking policies for Retail and Home Mortgage Direct. This role operates under the TRID Review Manager to implement policies, monitor workflow, and lead remediation efforts.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of regulatory mortgage compliance, 5+ years in supervision, and a strong grasp of TRID, closing disclosures, and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience in loan estimates, re-disclosure, or closing disclosures.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role managing 8+ associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor TRID QA Analysts to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Provide leadership, coaching, motivation, and direction across business units.
• Monitor pipeline and ensure timely, accurate Closing Disclosures and refunds as required by regulation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate with lines of business to reduce bank risk.
• Coordinate with regulatory auditors (CFPB, GSEs, HUD, state auditors) going on-site or off-site.
• Manage Post-Closing functions and reporting, including access reconciliations and processes.
