Job summary

Truist is seeking a Senior TRID Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the ML TRID QA Analysts and ensure compliance with regulatory, investor, and bank policy guidelines for Retail and Home Mortgage Direct (HMD).

You will lead a team, monitor pipeline performance, and drive corrective actions to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and risk management. The role requires strong TRID knowledge and collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
• 8+ years of regulatory compliance experience pertaining to loan estimates, re-disclosure requirements for change of circumstance and/or closing disclosures.
• 5+ years in a supervisory role managing a minimum of eight or more associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a TRID QA team ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
• Coach and direct teammates; collaborate across units with management.
• Monitor pipeline volume and issue corrective Closing Disclosures or refunds within regulatory timing.
• Escalate issues and stay current on product guidelines and regulations.
• Partner with line of business to coach and train to reduce bank risk.
