Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1+ year mortgage lending or related experience.
• Proficiency in data entry, PDF software, Word, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist originator in appointment setting with prospective and new applicants.
• Pull and prep web applications and update credit reports/AUS findings.
• Set and confirm appointments and manage calendars for originators.
• Monitor loan transaction dates and manage documentation for processing and close.
• Provide status updates to referral sources and maintain client relationships.
